Poll Question
U.S. District Judge Louis L. Stanton ordered YouTube, the online video-sharing service, to disclose who watches which video clips and when. As part of a $1 billion copyright lawsuit, YouTube must offer user data to the plaintiffs. The information would not be public and it would include less specific identifiers than a user's real name or e-mail address. Does this court order violate privacy rights of YouTube viewers?
